"I chose Rachel as my daughter’s teacher as I was looking for a rare talent that could teach her voice, piano and composition. My daughter has been thrilled with her lessons and Rachel’s care for her instruction has been truly spectacular. As a professional performer who is thoroughly dedicated to the ongoing development of her own craft, Rachel's passion for music has proven infectious."

"Rachel is a great teacher.  She has worked with my daughter, Sophia, for a number of years.  Sophia was very shy and didn't believe in herself.  After working with Rachel, she is now a confident singer.  Rachel is a great mentor who pushes her students out of their comfort zone.  Her love of teaching shows through every performance her students' give.  You see her beaming smile across the room.  She is so patient and kind.  I look forward to watching my daughter grow with her support and expertise for years to come!"

"Ahhhh Rachel, where to start? I’ve had Rachel for 3 years now and she’s helped me a long way. She helps me prepare for auditions, and when I’m nervous she’s always there to talk it out with me, building up my confidence. Thanks to Rachel I am never nervous to perform! She has several recitals that build up students’ confidence. She is also absolutely hilarious! I haven’t had one lesson where we haven’t laughed our heads off. She always wants you to do your best, and even if you don’t think you did well, she will always point out things that you did very well. She is young so she gets what you are going through. When in doubt Rachel always gives you a reason to keep smiling. I highly recommend Rachel, she’s probably best in the city!  I wouldn’t want another teacher!"

"Our daughter Olivia is 13 years old and has been working with Rachel for the past 3 years. She takes both private voice and piano lessons once a week for the better part of a year. During the 3 year period, we have seen significant growth in Olivia’s vocal and piano skills. Under Rachel’s guidance, Olivia has exceeded our expectations in the Kiwanis music festival for voice and has successfully passed her grades 1 and 2 Royal Conservatory piano exams. Rachel is not only an accomplished singer, songwriter and pianist, she is an excellent teacher who makes learning fun. Despite Rachel’s classical background, she is very adaptable and open to the her students areas of interest to a variety of genres."
